Enrich Iowa
The Enrich Iowa Programs include:
- Direct State Aid: for public libraries - is intended to improve library services and reduce inequities among communities.
- Open Access: for public and academic libraries - enables eligible Iowans to check out physical materials from over 600 participating libraries, providing them with direct access to more materials and information resources.
- Interlibrary Loan Reimbursement: provides Iowans with equal access to library resources by encouraging and supporting interlibrary loan among all types of libraries.

FY24 Enrich Iowa Funding - Previous Fiscal Year
FY24 Enrich Iowa Reports
Each Enrich Iowa program has its own report. Any public library that received Direct State Aid in FY24 must file a report. Libraries that participated in Open Access or ILL Reimbursement may file a report if they have transactions to report.
We will send email messages to library directors with information on filing the reports. Messages will include user names and passwords. You can also contact Toni Blair for any login information.

- ILL Reimbursement Report FY24
- File this report if you have any non-SILO or non-OCLC ILL loans to eligible Iowa libraries. The State Library can gather SILO and OCLC information automatically. NOTE: We do not reimburse libraries for ILL postage.

The Terms of Agreement documents contain the rules and guidelines for each Enrich Iowa Funding program.

- For college and university libraries - including Regents university libraries.
- Tier 0 public libraries and other types of libraries are not eligible to participate in Open Access as of July 1, 2017.

- All type of libraries may participate in ILL Reimbursement in FY24.
- All type of libraries may participate in ILL Reimbursement in FY24.
