Trisha Frazier is the Library Resources Technician for the North Central and Northeast districts of the state of Iowa. She enjoys assisting librarians and staff with their day to day questions and is a specialist on the complexities of the federal E-Rate program. Trisha earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and is working on her master's degree in Library and Information Science at San Jose State University. She began her library career as a director of a small rural library in northern Iowa for seven years, and has held her current position at the State Library since 2011. Trisha is passionate about giving great customer service, and simplifying the processes which affect the professional lives of library staff as they serve their patrons.
